I'm Sophie, a sweary single mum who's part hippy-dippy and part practical, no-nonsense, let's-get-on-with-this.

I've been in practice since 2009 as a Reiki Master Teacher, and I'm also a hypnotherapist and author. I'm regularly featured on BBC Radio as a go-to wellbeing expert.
