
There are no prerequisites to learning this course - anyone can do it!
You don't need to prepare in any special way - there's no need to go on any special diet, or read particular books. This course is designed for absolute beginners, as well as those wishing to refresh their knowledge of Reiki.
Here are some suggestions that could make your learning easier.
Helpful Things:
- Set aside time - you've paid for this course, so get the most out of it! Make Me-Time a priority - actually put it in your calendar - and see how everything falls into place to accommodate it!
- Loose, comfy clothes. Reiki works best when you're comfortable and relaxed, so no tight jeans or knickers up your bum!
- Notepad and pen - it might be helpful for you to take notes while you're watching/listening. Keep them all in one place so you can go back to them when you need to.
- Healing journal - record your experiences before, during and after healing. This develops your self-understanding through healing.
- Do not disturb - you might like distractions while you learn, but when you're healing, make sure everyone knows to leave you alone for a bit. Turn your phone off for a bit, too - your brain will thank you!
- Drink water - stay hydrated while learning - water is the best brain food! It's also great to have a drink after healing, to replenish you as you release and let go.
